CourtDigits Scoreboard for NBA ("we", "us") is an unofficial browser extension and companion website. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or location) through the extension.

The extension fetches public sports data — live scores, standings, statistics and odds — directly from third-party public sports data sources on your own device. These requests are made by your browser; we do not proxy or log them.

2. Payments

If you choose to purchase CourtDigits Plus, the transaction is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details (such as card number and billing address) on our behalf. We never receive or store your full card number. The transaction is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics

We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The website may use minimal, anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (for example, which pages are visited) with no personal identifiers. This data is used only to improve the site.

4. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights
